Mark Daily, Administrator/Owner

Certified as an Assisted Living Manager by the State of Arizona and upon graduation from the University of Arizona, Mark has dedicated his career in helping others with active participation in community charitable and service organization fund raising events. He has received recognition for leadership roles as a continuing contributor to numerous southern Arizona regional community programs. Having over 15 years of executive level and business owner experience with 11 plus years in Administrative Health Care Facility Management expertise in all levels of care, Mark has the proven experience that will benefit our residents. His involvement working with colleagues to establish the ALN (Assisted Living Network) will also prove to be an advantage in establishing a great network within the medical community and securing new residents. Throughout his professional journey, Mark’s commitment to giving back to his native city is without question, a complete passion. Coming from a Tucson pioneer family, relying on his strong professional diverse background and a caring passion for our aging population, he looks forward to being a steward of the elder community, sharing the foundation his parents gave him and providing the best possible care for our residents.

Robert Daily, Manager/Care Director

Certified as an Assisted Living Manager by the State of Arizona, Robert will focus on the day-to-day wellness of our residents. By working closely with caregivers, residents, and residents' families, Robert has the expertise to ensure happy, fulfilling days for our residents. He brings to the position many years of professional, community and academic leadership experience along with a genuine compassion for seniors. An example of this can be linked to Robert’s work with several hospice organizations on how to change the perception of hospice in the community and he was recently invited to lecture at the University of Arizona on the process of aging and how to care for the elderly. Robert has built a reputation on respect, knowledge in his field and is known as a professional who really cares. He became inspired to dedicate his life to caring for the heart and spirit of seniors after caring for his father who instilled that belief of unconditional love for family.

Matthew Daily, RN/Care Consultant

Matthew will visit with our residents on a regular basis, do the care plan coordination and confer with the Resident Care Director on the overall health of the residents. Matt has always been involved in community outreach and care giving education. We are excited to have him involved with our home and his addition will only enhance our ability to give superior care to our residents. We will also benefit from his ongoing contacts in the medical field, keeping us updated on all new treatments and services available to our residents. Matt is currently a Registered Nurse at Tucson Medical Center, Chairman of the Professional Development Council and the recipient of the Daisy Award for excellence in nursing. Matthew was awarded the Fab Fifty Award in 2012 for outstanding nurses, and specializes in Medical Surgery, Memory Care, pre and post operation care along with expertise in vascular and nephrology surgical procedures. Matthew is also licensed as a state certified caregiver with 10 years of experience in assisted living and lives by what our father believed in: family, faith and caring for others.
